Learn all aspects of garden center management through on-the-job training provided by assigned mentors at your local Meadows Farms Nursery and Garden Center. Skills taught will include: plant knowledge, inventory management and maintenance, managing a crew of employees, merchandising, operating equipment, customer relations, and more. Our training program runs from spring through August. Upon successful completion, trainees will be eligible for promotion to an assistant manager position.
