Are you looking to improve your race times while being part of a running community?
The West Springfield Running Club is a new project to bring a community of runners together with a common goal of breaking personal records and improving health.
This running club is meant for those aiming to hit a sub 20 minute 5k or qualify for the Boston Marathon.
We will have speed workouts at 6:30am on Tuesday and tempo runs on Friday at 6:30am.
As of now we are training at Lake Braddock High School until the West Springfield track renovation is complete.
Long runs will be held on Sunday’s at different locations weekly.
