Costumes for Kids, A Fall Volunteer Festival

Kids Give Back, a nonprofit organization that inspires elementary-age students to volunteer will host its third-annual Costumes for Kids Fall Volunteer Festival on October 21, 2023, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 8922 Little River Turnpike, Fairfax. The event brings kids and their families together to prepare 125 storybook character costumes for students who attend Title 1 schools in Northern Virginia.

In addition to preparing costumes such as Little Mermaid, Mario Bros, Spiderman, and others, attendees will enjoy traditional festival activities, including:

• Pumpkin painting

• Face painting

• Crafts

• Tattoo station

• Games

• Snacks and ice cream

• Raffle baskets

Festival tickets are $10/person, $35 for a family of four, and free for ages five and under. Details are available at www.kidsgiveback.org/events.
