Davio’s Bava Wine Dinner

We are pleased to present our first wine dinner with renowned Bava Vineyards hosted by special guest Giorgia Bava.
The Bava Family has grown grape vines since 1600 in Cocconato, a village in Italy that rises steeply up the hillsides of the Monferrato Astigiano. In 1911 in the very same area the family built their first wine cellar.
The four-course menu, prepared by Executive Chef Israel Pacheco is $125 per guest (excluding tax & gratuity).
