Qigong (pronounced “Chee-gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice of self-healing through the cultivation (gong) of life energy (Qi). Qigong consists of a series of easy to learn movements that are specifically designed to balance our physical, emotional and mental energy. The practice of Qigong supports relaxation, healing, and a renewed sense of well-being. When practiced over time, Qigong awakens our natural inner happiness and joy that is the essence of Qi itself.
Carol Ritter, Ph.D. has been practicing Qigong since 1997 and teaching since 2016.
