A new noodles shop has officially opened in the Town of Herndon.
Yu Noodles opened at 368 Elden Street late last week, bringing a mix of snacks, dumplings, noodles and rice options to the area.
A soft opening happened on Friday. The restaurant specializes in hand-pulled noodles that are served in what the business says is its “special sauce.”
Online ordering is also available. The business has other locations in Rockville and Fairfax.
A Tysons location is listed as “coming soon” on the restaurant’s website.
