(Updated at 1:45 p.m. on 6/14/22) A new lounge and bar is filling out ground-floor space at a residential neighborhood on Reston Station Boulevard.
Eve’s Garden plans to open soon at Faraday Park, a redevelopment of a 7-acre site into two apartment buildings and townhouses. The restaurant will be located at 11207 Reston Station Boulevard, according to county permits. (An earlier version of this article had the wrong address number.)
The business did not immediately respond to a request for comment from FFXnow.
Eve’s Garden has some familiar names as business partners like Herndon’s Alo Vietnamese Cuisine, Emiline Day Spa, Elan Studio and La Botanica.
Its website says the Reston location is “almost open.”
Faraday Park includes two seven-story apartment buildings with 408 units and ground-floor retail, along with 26 townhouses built around public parks. The project was formally broken up into two chunks: Faraday East converted surface parking into 166 apartments, while Faraday West includes 252 apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail.
