Vienna Preschool Founder Dies — Services were held this past weekend for Joyce Decker, “an involved member of the Vienna community,” who died on Nov. 14. Decker was an avid supporter of Vienna Little League, helping fundraise and becoming its first female trustee, and in 1968, she opened “Vienna Tiny Tots Village, one of the area’s first private preschool and child care centers,” which closed in March 2021 after operating for 53 years.
