There is a 100% chance of precipitation, with new amounts between half and three quarters of an inch possible. For Tuesday night, rain is likely mainly before 1am, possibly heavy at times, with a low around 46. Breezy conditions will continue, with southeast winds of 16 to 21 mph shifting west after midnight, at 8 to 13 mph, and gusts as high as 31 mph.
