Dunkin’ Donuts has arrived in Annandale.
The donuts-and-coffee chain opened the doors of its new restaurant at 7025 Columbia Pike this morning (Friday), according to a media advisory. The cafe will operate daily from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Staffed with approximately 15 workers, the 1,100-square-foot restaurant was the result of a significant renovation of a commercial building that had been vacant since a fire in 2022, according to Annandale Today. Previous tenants included Annandale Florist, a newsstand and a real estate company.
Dunkin’ Donuts says the Annandale cafe features its “next generation” look with a “warm interior color palette…atmospheric lighting, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an innovative tap system.”
“The new Next Gen restaurant offers Annandale a look at Dunkin’s store of the future experience, with a modern design that provides a fresh, friendly, vibrant, and engaging environment,” the company says in the media advisory.

Dunkin’ Donuts has dozens of locations in Fairfax County, but until now, Annandale was a hole in the middle. The closest options for residents were in Falls Church, Alexandria and Springfield, where a combined Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins opened in spring 2023.
