Civic Group Proposes Shifting Flights to Dulles — The Arlington County Civic Federation is calling for changes at Reagan National Airport to address safety, noise and environmental concerns. Coyote Spotted in Vienna — “Residents in one part of Fairfax County, Virginia, are seeing coyotes in their neighborhood.
