“I’m thrilled to continue growing Chicken Salad Chick’s footprint in my home state of Virginia,” franchise owner Devon Chamberlin said. “Chicken Salad Chick’s mission to ‘Spread Joy, Enrich Lives, and Serve Others’ is one I wholeheartedly believe in, and I look forward to sharing this spirit, and our delicious menu, with the Fairfax community this fall.”
The chain, which launched in 2008, offers more than a dozen Southern-style chicken salads, as well as soups, sandwiches and more. Popular options include the Classic Carol, which is a more traditional chicken salad, as well as the Barbie-Q, which boasts a hickory-smoked BBQ flavor.
Chicken Salad Chick features more than 280 restaurants across 20 different states. The Chantilly location is the chain’s second in the D.C. area, following one in Idylwood.
“We’re excited to continue growing Chicken Salad Chick’s presence in the Washington, D.C. metro area,” Scott Deviney, the company’s president and CEO, said. “The Fairfax opening will certainly build on the positive momentum that Devon started in Falls Church.”
Starting Nov. 20, the store will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., but will be closed on Sundays.
