A woman and her husband were killed in a crash near Lake Barcroft last night.
The Fairfax County Police Department said it was a single-vehicle crash. According to scanner traffic, the vehicle crashed into a house and caught on fire.
Police identified the driver as Ashraf Bhagat, 75, of Falls Church. Her husband, Nazir Bhagat, 81, was a passenger in the car and was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was later pronounced deceased.
