Buy a freshly-cut Christmas tree from Vale United Methodist Church in Oakton and your purchase will provide, on average, 100 life-saving meals for hungry children and families around the world. 100% of net proceeds will be donated to the global relief organization Rise Against Hunger www.riseagainsthunger.org, as well as being used for local anti-hunger efforts here in Fairfax County.
We have multiple varieties of trees in all sizes. Wreaths, pine garlands, tree stands, crafts and more are also for sale.
Our Sponsor a Tree Program lets you donate a tree for a local family in need, a great way for anyone to have a double-impact on fighting hunger and for those who have artificial trees to contribute to the hunger mission.
