Join cartoonist and author Sophia Glock at Mary Riley Styles Public Library for a discussion about her YA graphic memoir “Passport”! Excellent for both teenagers and adults, the book reflects on an itinerant childhood and Sophia’s eventual discovery that her parents work for the CIA.
In addition to “Passport”, Sophia will share insight into her creative process, her experience writing fairy tale comics, and the art of shaping life into a story. After her presentation, she will stay for a book signing. Bards Alley will have copies available for purchase at the event; to reserve one for pick-up, call (571) 459-2653.
