Wellness Retreat | Mind & Body Reset

Tapping into the wisdom of the body

Join Nevin Turk for a nurturing retreat exploring the energy within and around us, through gentle flowing movement, breathwork and guided meditation. Harnessing all this awareness will deepen our connection to the body, relax the mind, help renew and restore our health.

No previous experience is required. Wear comfortable clothes. Feel free to bring any journaling props with you. You are invited to practice mindful listening and speech during the retreat and turn off your cell phone. Chairs will be available for the movement practices as needed. Bring a Yoga mat!

Benefits of this retreat:

  • An opportunity to unplug, slow down the pace of our life, get back in touch with ourselves and nature around us; and deepen the connection between mind and the body.
  • Give ourselves the gift of relaxation to feel refreshed and revitalized.
  • Cultivate inner strength and balance.
  • Achieve personal wellness goals.

This event is cosponsored by the Fairfax Library Foundation.
