Out August 11, the book chronicles George Washington’s military career, from his leadership during the eight-year Revolutionary War to his historic resignation in December 1983. It features vivid illustrations by artist Anne Yvonne Gilbert and is perfect for kids ages 8 to 13 as well as curious adults.
