Notice is hereby given that All American Trans, LLC, 4229 Lafayette Center Suite 1300, Chantilly, VA 20151, has filed an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity that would authorize: Passenger transportation as a Common Carrier over Irregular Routes, providing service in the Cities of Alexandria, Colonial Heights, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Hopewell, Manassas, Manassas Park, Richmond, and Winchester Virginia, and in the counties of Arlington, Caroline, Charles City, Chesterfield, Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, King William, Loudoun, Louisa, Madison, New Kent, Orange, Powhatan, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Warren and; The transportation of Medicaid recipients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Carrier as defined in Section 46.2-2000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.
Any person wishing to protest must submit a signed, dated request stating their interest and how they may be aggrieved if the application is granted; a full and clear statement of the facts that the person is prepared to provide by competent evidence; a statement of the specific relief sought; the name of the applicant and case number assigned to the application; and a certification that a copy of the protest was sent to the applicant.
