Built with a focus on quality, accountability, and convenience, it eliminates the frustration of endless online searches and unwanted calls from multiple contractors.
At the heart of the platform is VIVA, our easy-to-use request system. Residents simply describe the job they need done — from fixing a leaky faucet to finding a piano teacher — and VIVA sends it to local businesses in that category. Only the business the resident chooses receives their contact information, ensuring privacy and a spam-free experience.
In June alone, we onboarded 140 local businesses, covering a wide range of trades and specialties — and we’re actively looking to welcome more. Each business profile includes services, past work, and community reviews, helping residents make confident hiring decisions.
