A public hearing regarding these plans is scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2025, from 4:00-5:30 p.m. at DHS located at 2100 Washington Blvd. lower-level auditorium Arlington, VA 22204. The public may also submit written comments prior to the public hearing by emailing hcv@arlingtonva.us with the subject line, “Public comment AHCVP Plans”.
