Herndon, Virginia 20170

Don’t miss the Corporate Social Responsibility & Volunteer Fair under the tent at Northwest Federal Credit Union Headquarters in Herndon, VA.

Meet with more than thirty local nonprofits that are seeking corporate partners, hosting corporate volunteer outings, and looking for individual volunteers.

Host, Northwest Federal Credit Union, in association with the Dulles Area Transportation Association, the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, and the Reston, Dulles, and Loudon Chambers, invite you to hear from Loudoun County Chair Phyllis Randall, and Fairfax County Board Chair Jeff McKay’s Director of Partnerships and Community Engagement Natalie Nguyen-Woodruff, about the importance of nonprofit-corporate partnerships to the Northern Virginia area.

Individuals are also welcome to visit with the nonprofits gathered to find a volunteering fit.

Some of the key benefits of a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program include:

Increased employee engagement: CSR initiatives contribute to higher employee engagement, leading to increased productivity, profitability, and lower absenteeism.
Increased revenue: Companies investing in social purpose have been found to generate 20% more revenue than those that don’t.
Attracting top talent: Organizations with a reputation for being socially responsible are more likely to attract and retain top talent.
Brand differentiation and awareness: CSR can set companies apart from their competitors and enhance their brand value.
Support for local and global communities: CSR programs allow businesses to have a positive social impact on the communities they operate in.
