The Rockets are a 6-piece, powerhouse party band that have been based out of the Philadelphia area for nearly 40 years! The band keeps up with modern hits and brings a fresh approach to the classics by covering ALL styles of music including rock, pop, country, hip hop, and funk. The Rockets cover any song with a nostalgic authenticity while bringing a unique musical approach that sets them apart from any band in the scene. The Rockets have had the great opportunity to perform around the country at some of the best casinos, clubs, and festivals, as well as TV appearances on CBS, VH1, and multiple national sporting events (Phillies, Flyers, 76ers).

Friday Night Live! is a FREE outdoor concert series on the Town Green in Herndon. We feature the most popular local acts from up and down the East Coast. Most of our bands play rock and roll covers from classic to modern rock.
Friday Night Live! is produced by the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Food, beer, and wine available onsite. Concessions open at 6:00pm. Bands play 6:00 – 10:00pm. The opening act starts at approximately 6:00pm and the headliner starts at approximately 8:00pm.
