Oct 1 LLI Forum Features Arlington Animal Welfare League

The Lifetime Learning Institute of Northern Virginia, https://llinova.org/, an educational group for adults over 50, will hold its next in-person Forum on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Little River United Church of Christ, 8410 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA. The speaker will be Jennifer Toussaint, Chief of Animal Control at the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, Virginia.

Ms. Toussaint specializes nationally in humane urban wildlife management practices and has published often on the topic. She provides training on many animal welfare topics: active listening, emergency preparedness, emotional support and service animals, animal neglect/cruelty investigations, wildlife intake and triage, and exotic animal care and ownership.

This program promises to be fun and interesting. It is free and open to the public without registration.
