A Fairfax-based developer is hoping to build a 4,000-seat concert hall and a 163-room hotel in Old Town Fairfax.
The application — first reported by Washington Business Journal — is Ox Hill Companies’ second crack at building an arts and entertainment venue in the City of Fairfax.

“While we normally do not cancel this early in the day, the near certainty of an eventual cancellation dictates that we allow the band, food vendors, etc. to plan accordingly for their day rather than drag things out to the end,” Friday Night Live! Chairman Laura Poindexter said in an emailed message.
