Smallest and largest homes sold in Fairfax County (Dec-Jan 2023)

This past week saw 109 homes sold in Fairfax County.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $160,000 while the most expensive was $2,155,000.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 560 homes were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the smallest and largest homes sold over the past month.

  2. 1295 Ballantrae Farm Drive — $3,600,000 (6 Beds | Baths | 12,300 SQ FT)
  3. 848 Saigon Road — $3,325,000 (6 Beds | Baths | 8,725 SQ FT)

  1. 7523 Amesbury Court — $565,000 (3 Beds | Baths | 2,078 SQ FT)
  2. 7755 Trevino Lane — $610,000 (3 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,079 SQ FT)
  3. 5578 Village Center Drive — $660,000 (5 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,086 SQ FT)
