Most and least expensive townhouses sold in Fairfax County (Jan-Feb 2023)

This past week saw 168 homes sold in Fairfax County.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $135,000 while the most expensive was $4,238,472.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 159 townhouses were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive townhouses sold over the past month.

Most expensive townhouses sold

  1. 2005 Mayfair Mclean Court — $1,275,000 (4 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 3,995 SQ FT)
  2. 3787 Rainier Drive — $985,000 (5 Beds | 4.5 Baths | 3,506 SQ FT)
  3. 1333 Lawson Lane — $960,000 (3 Beds | Baths | 3,155 SQ FT)

Least expensive townhouses sold

  1. 14001B Grumble Jones Court — $328,000 (2 Beds | 2.5 Baths | 1,346 SQ FT)
  2. 7716 Capron Court — $374,000 (4 Beds | Baths | 2,017 SQ FT)
  3. 8420 Red Eagle Court — $395,000 (2 Beds | 2 Baths | 930 SQ FT)
