Most and least expensive townhouses sold in Fairfax County (Feb-Mar 2023)

This past week saw 170 homes sold in Fairfax County.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $174,000 while the most expensive was $3,150,000.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 214 townhouses were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive townhouses sold over the past month.

Most expensive townhouses sold

  1. 1435 Hampton Hill Circle — $1,370,000 (3 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,880 SQ FT)
  2. 6650 Madison Mclean Drive — $1,050,000 (3 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 3,018 SQ FT)
  3. 8060 Criaza Branch Court — $1,050,000 (4 Beds | 3 Baths | 2,604 SQ FT)

Least expensive townhouses sold

  1. 2318 Emerald Heights Court — $320,000 (3 Beds | 2.5 Baths | 1,212 SQ FT)
  2. 2125 Ferguson Place — $326,500 (2 Beds | 1.5 Bath | 960 SQ FT)
  3. 7817 Colonial Springs Boulevard — $335,000 (3 Beds | 2.5 Baths | 1,288 SQ FT)

“There are currently 1,187 homes for sale, of those 232 are condos, 730 are detached homes, and 225 are townhomes,” according to Homesnap.

For our younger artists, we have specially designed classes like “Art Exploration through Impressionism” for students in kindergarten through 5th grade, an engaging “Art Together” parent-child class designed for 2–4-year-olds, and a “Teen Taught Art Club” tailored for kindergarteners through 4th graders.
