The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $174,000 while the most expensive was $3,150,000.
Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 214 townhouses were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive townhouses sold over the past month.

- 2125 Ferguson Place — $326,500 (2 Beds | 1.5 Bath | 960 SQ FT)
- 7817 Colonial Springs Boulevard — $335,000 (3 Beds | 2.5 Baths | 1,288 SQ FT)
“There are currently 1,187 homes for sale, of those 232 are condos, 730 are detached homes, and 225 are townhomes,” according to Homesnap.
