This past week saw 218 homes sold in Fairfax County.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $189,000 while the most expensive was $4,996,887.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 1,008 homes were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the smallest and largest homes sold over the past month.

  2. 1306 Calder Road — $3,575,000 (6 Beds | Baths | 10,771 SQ FT)
  3. 6511 W Langley Lane — $3,250,000 (7 Beds | 7.5 Baths | 10,100 SQ FT)

The Dragons Concord is now open at 11215L Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22030! After some delays with construction, we’ve finally opened our doors and are accepting tabletop gamers of all types to come down and enjoy our tailored gaming space.

We have 7 tables exclusively dedicated to TTRPG and Miniature wargaming, including 3 custom gaming tables in their own private, themed gaming rooms.
