Most and least expensive homes sold in Fairfax County (Apr-May 2023)

This past week saw 261 homes sold in Fairfax County.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $155,000 while the most expensive was $5,100,000.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 692 single-family homes were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive homes sold over the past month.

  4. 8020 Georgetown Pike — $3,557,474 (6 Beds | 6.5 Baths | 8,725 SQ FT)
  5. 1915 Massachusetts Avenue — $3,060,000 (7 Beds | 6.5 Baths | 7,812 SQ FT)
