Greenheart Juice eyes Reston expansion

Greenheart Juice Shop plans to open its newest location in Reston this summer.

Greenheart’s area manager, Cheryl Strzemienski, confirmed that the juice and smoothie shop plans to open its sixth location in the North Point Village Center as early as August.

“Reston has always been a special place to Greenheart,” Greenheart founder Alicia Swanstrom told FFXnow. “We participated in the Reston Farmers Market and loved the family-focused atmosphere of the area. When a space became available in North Point Village Center, a longtime community staple, we couldn’t pass it up.”

The shop will be located at 1432 North Point Village Center, taking over a suite right beside Gregorio’s Trattoria that was vacated by Jerry’s Subs and Pizza in 2019.

The juice chain began with one location in 2010 in the village of Aldie in Loudoun County, selling health foods such as cold-pressed juices, açai bowls, smoothies and salads. Since then, it has expanded its reach across Northern Virginia, adding storefronts in Leesburg, Vienna, Ballston, and Courthouse in Arlington.
