Giant Food reopens Burke store after major remodel

Giant Food has reopened its store at the corner of Fairfax County Parkway and Huntsman Blvd in Burke after a major remodel, offering special promotions to celebrate the grand opening.

Located at 7501 Huntsman Blvd, the updated store now features a range of new amenities designed to enhance the shopping experience.

A key upgrade is the full-service pharmacy, which now offers expanded immunizations, health screenings, and personalized consultations.

The store also now has wider aisles, modern fixtures, and an expanded selection of fresh produce, organic options, and locally sourced products, the company said in a press release.

“The store’s modern layout enhances the shopping experience, making fresh and affordable choices easily accessible to the community,” Giant said in a press release.

Following a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week, the store said it will offer special promotions, including discounts on health and wellness products, to thank customers for their support.

Giant anchors the Huntsman Square shopping center, whose other tenants include Baskin Robbins, Subway and Starbucks. It’s one of five stores that Giant has in the Springfield area, including locations in Springfield Plaza, Cardinal Forest Plaza, and the Saratoga and Kings Park shopping centers.
