Flint Hill, Potomac School football players chosen to all-state teams

Three players from the Flint Hill Huskies and one from the Potomac School Panthers were chosen to the 2024 Division I all-state private high-school football teams for their performances during the 2024 high-school season.

From Flint Hill, senior quarterback Caleb West was chosen to the first team on offense while his teammate, senior wide receiver Victor McNeal, made second team.

On defense, Flint Hill senior defensive back Kobe Davis and senior linebacker Richard Perry were chosen to the second team.

West passed for 1,726 yards and 18 touchdown passes this past season. He threw for more than 300 yards in a couple of games.

McNeal caught 32 passes for 483 yards and seven touchdowns.

Davis made 33 tackles, broke up eight passes, defended four other passes and forced two fumbles, of which one he recovered.

Perry made 76 tackles, of which 33 were solo. He made seven tackles for loss, with one sack.

With the exception of West, those other three all-state players also were all-Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference selections at those positions.

Also chosen all-MAC from Flint Hill were senior defensive back Kendall Jones, senior linebackers Kariq Waters and Jeff Wells, senior wide receiver Bryce Stewart and junior wide receiver Ty Harris.

In addition to Perry from Potomac School, senior defensive lineman E.J. Schneeberg and junior wide receiver Akim Iscandari were all-MAC selections.
