Police seek man linked to multiple ‘peeping’ incidents in Idylwood

Residents of Alister Falls Church apartment complex in Idylwood have reported several peeping incidents since this spring, and police believe the same man may be behind all of them.

Officers first responded to a peeping call in the 2100 block of Evans Court on April 9, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

“The victim reported she observed an adult man peeping through her window,” the FCPD said.

Since then, Sex Crime Unit detectives have connected the unknown man to seven more cases that all occurred in the same block between 5:40 and 6 a.m.:

The FCPD shared images from home security footage that it says shows the suspect, asking anyone with information to contact its Major Crimes Bureau at 703-246-7800, option 3.
