Vienna Inn marks 66th anniversary with specials, events for diners

Vienna Inn will celebrate its lasting power in town by commemorating its 66th anniversary in February.

The restaurant’s 66th anniversary celebration begins this week with a month-long series of events and specials to thank customers for over six decades of support.

Marty Volk, who took over ownership of Vienna Inn from the founding Abraham family in 2000, called the anniversary “an incredible milestone.”

“We are deeply grateful to our loyal customers and the Vienna community who have supported us through the decades,” Volk said. “What started with the Abraham family back in 1960 has grown into something truly special built on tradition, relationships, and a lot of chili dogs.”

As Vienna developed and businesses have come and gone, Vienna Inn and its chili dogs have remained a mainstay for town residents. The restaurant says it continues traditions like an honor system at the register, self-service, soda, water and coffee stations, and displays of memorabilia from local sports teams that it supported over the years.

Customers are encouraged to follow Vienna Inn on Facebook and Instagram for updates on specific events and specials that will be offered.

Here’s what Vienna Inn is planning:

Kids’ Nights: Special kids’ menus, giveaways, and activities for families.
Super Bowl Carry-Out Specials (Sunday, Feb. 8): Game-day favorites available for takeout before the big game.
What’s on Tap Tastings: Weekly events highlighting customer favorites, along with raffles and giveaways.
Olympic Viewing Events & Gold Medal Specials: Watch the Olympics with fellow fans while enjoying specials celebrating gold-medal moments.
Valentine’s Day at the Vienna Inn (Saturday, Feb. 14): A festive Valentine’s Day menu for kids under 12 including a Valentine-themed gift, and a special treat to celebrate moms.
Fundraising Events: Supporting local organizations and giving back to the community that has supported Vienna Inn for 66 years.
Customer Contests & Giveaways: In-store and social media promotions as a thank-you to the loyal patrons who make the Vienna Inn what it is.
