Most and least expensive condos sold in Fairfax County (Dec-Jan 2023)

This past week saw 120 homes sold in Fairfax County.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $155,000 while the most expensive was $3,600,000.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 187 condos were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive condos sold over the past month.

  3. 4254 Buckman Road #11 — $170,000 (2 Beds | 1 Bath | 798 SQ FT)
