Most and least expensive townhouses sold in Fairfax County (Mar-Apr 2023)

This past week saw 184 homes sold in Fairfax County.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $180,000 while the most expensive was $2,860,000.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 263 townhouses were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive townhouses sold over the past month.

Most expensive townhouses sold

  1. 1544 Hampton Hill Circle — $1,513,000 (4 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 4,068 SQ FT)
  2. 6620 Madison Mclean Drive — $1,100,000 (3 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,016 SQ FT)
  3. 3871 Rainier Drive — $986,000 (4 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,566 SQ FT)

Least expensive townhouses sold

  1. 9854 Hagel Circle — $300,000 (3 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,320 SQ FT)
  2. 2165 Ferguson Place — $332,000 (2 Beds | 1.5 Baths | 960 SQ FT)
  3. 7907 Timarand Court — $335,000 (3 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,320 SQ FT)

Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
