Duck Donuts’ Springfield location will open this weekend with offerings of free donuts.
The fast-growing, North Carolina-based doughnut chain has set Saturday (Oct. 22) as the opening date for its Old Keene Mill Shopping Center shop at 8424 Old Keene Mill Road. It is in a 970-square-foot space that was previously the home of Exquisite Jewelers and next to Mezeh Mediterranean Grill.

A church in McLean and an orchestra based in Tysons have teamed up to do their part to assist humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine.
