Join us at Healthy Together Fairfax – a FREE event by the community, for the community!

Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 12pm to 3pm at Franconia Park (6601 Telegraph Rd, Alexandria, VA 22310). This is a rain or shine event! In the event of rain, we will move indoors to the rec center at the same location.
