Expect snow showers starting around 10am, transitioning into rain after 4pm, with increasing clouds and a high of 34. Morning winds will shift from calm to south, at 5 to 9 mph. On Thursday night, showers may continue until 7pm, followed by early evening cloudiness and gradual clearing, dropping to a low of 25.
