This is a great opportunity for your child to take a three-hour arts and crafts class during the school break. You can sign up for one workshop day or all four. Designed by Jane Lowery, M.A., Resident in Counseling, our group helps adults in their 20’s and 30’s who have lost a parent 1) understand the grief process, 2) reduce guilt & anxiety, 3) develop their grief community and 4) find more grief resources. Virginia Hurricanes Basketball is offering a Friday night youth basketball training program in January and February 2025 for girls and boys in grades K through 5.
AGENDA: Players will have a fun-filled experience working on individual basketball skills and learning the rules and concepts of the game. Sessions will consist of a 30 minute skills session followed by 30 minutes of controlled game play.
