A new way to work out has arrived at Train.

Located in McLean, VA, our private personal training gym has partnered with NASM-certified personal trainer Tran Truong and Happy Hour Athletics to bring you small-group fitness classes.

“Happy Hour Athletics” group fitness classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 PM at Train. Each class focuses on upper-body or lower-body strengthening + conditioning, which means you only need 2 hours a week to achieve a full-body workout!
