Arts agencies from Fairfax County, Arlington and Alexandria are forming a supergroup.
Unveiled Monday (Aug. 8), the newly created Northern Virginia Local Arts Agencies (NVLAA) consists of ArtsFairfax, the Alexandria Office of the Arts, and the Arlington Cultural Affairs Office.
