Next week will be one of the best times of the year to be a foodie in Fairfax City.

Nearly three dozen restaurants will offer set-price menus as part of Fairfax City Restaurant Week, allowing diners to sample a variety of different dishes throughout the week.

“From pizza by the slice to handmade pasta, Asian bowls, steak and lobster, there’s something for every budget and every palate in Fairfax City,” Fairfax City Mayor Catherine Read said in a statement.

Participating restaurants will offer menus throughout the day at a set price: $25 per person for brunch/lunch and $40 for a three-course dinner. Some eateries, including TeaDM and Vivi Bubble Tea, will also offer a two for $10 deal.

The slate of participating restaurants features 10 in the heart of downtown Fairfax, including:

  • Bellissimo Restaurant (10403 Main Street)
  • Commonwealth Brewing Co. (10426 Main Street)
  • Earp’s Ordinary (10420 Main Street)
  • Hamrock’s Restaurant (3950 Chain Bridge Road)
  • Mackenzie’s Tunes & Tonics (3950 University Drive, Suite 210)
  • Old Dominion Pizza Company (3950 University Drive, Suite 102)
  • ONE Bar & Grill (10427 North Street, Suite 102)
  • Ornery Beer Company (3950 University Drive, Suite 106)
  • The Auld Shebeen (3971 Chain Bridge Road)
  • The Wine House (3950 University Drive, Suite 212)

New additions to the event include 54 Restaurant & Lounge, which opened in Fair City Mall (9650 Main Street, Unit 10) back in August.

A full list of participating restaurants and their restaurant week menus is available on the event’s website.

Fairfax City is now in its eighth year of organizing restaurant weeks, though it didn’t start holding the promotional campaign twice a year until 2022. It now occurs in both the winter and the summer.

“The growth of this event has spotlighted Fairfax City as a premier dining destination while showcasing the community and its quality restauranteurs,” Fairfax City Economic Development CEO Christopher Bruno said.

The deals are scheduled to roll out on Monday, Feb. 24, with festivities continuing through March 2.
