Brewpub aims for late spring opening at Herndon’s Arrowbrook Centre

Retail at Herndon’s Arrowbrook Centre continues to grow toward capacity, as more businesses have opened or are in the process of doing so.

NH44 Indian Brewing Company is the latest business planning to open at the Arrowbrook Centre, a mixed-use community near the Innovation Center Metro station with apartments, condos, townhouses and business uses that began opening in 2023.

Owner Srikanth Mallepally told FFXnow the brewpub at 2336 Silver Arrow Way is targeting a late spring opening.

NH44 Indian Brewing Co.’s focus will be “well-crafted beers made with high-quality ingredients,” along with Indian fusion food like tandoori plates, pizza and wings.

“We are building this modern retail space from scratch to fill a unique cultural niche with 3.5 [barrel] Brewhouse,” Mallepally said.

The most recent opening at the Arrowbrook Centre development was True North Power Yoga (2334 Silver Arrow Way). After temporarily operating in the Village at Dulles shopping center, co-founder Colleen Gillis confirmed to FFXnow that the yoga studio opened on Dec. 31, 2025.

Kyuramen, which had anticipated opening in summer 2025, is still not open at 2340 Silver Arrow Way. Ornery Beer Company previously backed out of plans to open at that location.

This will be Kyuramen’s second Virginia location, joining one that opened in Falls Church in 2023. Bubble tea shop TBaar is slated to be part of the Kyuramen location, according to county permit records.

A spokesperson for Kyuramen did not respond to an FFXnow request for comment on the Herndon opening by press time.

Existing retail tenants at the mixed-use development include Paris Baguette, the Chinese restaurant Peter Chang and the South Asian grocery store Hello 2 India. One retail space remains available for lease, according to leasing agent Paraclete Realty’s brochure.
