Expect scattered flurries to begin after 3pm, with increasing cloud coverage and a high temperature near 31 degrees. The northwest wind will blow at around 11 mph, gusting up to 24 mph. In the evening, flurries will taper off before 9pm, giving way to mostly clear skies and a low temperature around 17 degrees.
