Burger chain Z-Burger has opened a new location near Reston Town Center.
While the location isn’t officially listed on the Z-Burger website at the time of writing, staff said the restaurant actually opened “around two months ago.”
The chain offers a range of burgers and sandwiches, along with various hand-spun milkshakes and malts. Started in Tenleytown in 2008, Z-Burger now has almost 20 locations across the D.C. area, including one that opened in Vienna last year. In Fairfax County, it can also be found in McLean and Centreville.
The new restaurant at 12100 Sunset Hills Road in RTC West keeps with a similar theme as the previous occupant, burger chain BGR, which closed last year.
With Z-Burger now open, RTC West is still awaiting the arrival of the wellness studio SweatHouz (12100 Sunset Hills Road, Suite R9) and Roggenart Bakery Cafe and Bistro (12130A Sunset Hills Road). SweatHouz didn’t respond to a request for comment by press time, but Roggenart says it’s aiming for a grand opening later in July.
Existing retail tenants in the office park include Tiki Thai, Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant, Kook Dogg Cafe, Nando’s Peri-Peri and the fitness studio Solidcore.
