Some restaurants whose names may be familiar to Fairfax County residents will be cropping up at Dulles International Airport in the coming months.

The airport, which sits just west of the border in Loudoun County, plans to revitalize and expand its shopping and dining experience with eight new venues over the coming year. Another three retail tenants will be added at Reagan National Airport.

First Watch will soon start serving up its signature avocado toast and million dollar bacon to Reston diners.

The daytime cafe chain is set to open in the former Carrabba’s Italian Grill at 12192 Sunset Hills Road near RTC West next Monday, May 19, a First Watch spokesperson told FFXnow, confirming a report by The Burn.

Fast-casual stir fry chain Honeygrow is opening its 59th location tomorrow (Friday) at Fair City Mall (9600 N Main Street) in Fairfax City.

The company received a $25 million investment earlier this year and has been on a spree of new openings, with another location launching in Springfield in March. Honeygrow also signed a lease earlier this year for a restaurant at Barcroft Plaza in Lincolnia.

A new option for Peruvian chicken has arrived in Vienna, courtesy of a couple with extensive knowledge of both Vienna and Peru.

Cuco’s Peruvian opened its doors today (Wednesday) at 146 Maple Avenue West in the Vienna Shopping Center, taking over a space that had belonged to another Peruvian chicken restaurant, Don Pollo.
