Bunnyman Brewing owners seek second restaurant at Lorton’s Workhouse Arts Center

The team behind one of Fairfax County’s most popular brewery brands is eyeing a space in Lorton to house a new dining concept.

The owners of Bunnyman Brewing are in the “final stage of negotiation” to secure a second retail space at the Workhouse Arts Center, co-owner Sam Gray told FFXnow.

Public invited to help paint mural celebrating McLean Community Center’s 50th anniversary

A new mural is taking shape in McLean.

Jeremy Jarvis, an Ohio-based artist whose works have been displayed around the world, has been commissioned by the McLean Community Center to transform an exterior wall of the Old Firehouse Center (1440 Chain Bridge Road) into a celebration of its 50th anniversary.

UPDATED: Corsica Wine Bar opens in early September at Reston Town Center

Update — Corsica Wine Bar is now open at Reston Town Center, a spokesperson confirmed to FFXnow.

It’s currently open for walk-in diners from 4 p.m. to midnight on Sunday through Thursday, and from 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Reservations will begin on Sept. 15, and brunch and happy hours are “coming soon.”

    Merrifield restaurant Kirby Club to transform with new name, owner

    Kirby Club in Merrifield will undergo some major changes this fall.

    The Middle Eastern restaurant, which opened at the Mosaic District (2911 District Avenue) in late 2022 to some acclaim, will take on a new name and revamped menu in mid-September when owner Rose Previte hands over control to longtime team member Tariq Alaeddin.

    Tysons Corner Center announces new stores opening this fall

    A busy August at Tysons Corner Center is expected to spill over into the fall with a slew of store openings.

    After welcoming the ear-piercing studio Studs earlier this month and the entertainment venue Level99, along with its paired restaurant Victory Brewing, yesterday (Monday), the mall offered an updated preview today of what to expect through October 2025.
