Rain and sleet can be expected until 11am, followed by a chance of rain until 1pm. The high will be around 50°F with a southeast wind of 7-10 mph shifting to southwest in the afternoon and gusts up to 20 mph. Precipitation is almost certain, with less than half an inch of sleet accumulation. Tonight, expect mostly cloudy skies, a low of 39°F, and a 7-9 mph southwest wind turning northwest after midnight. River-Sea Chocolates enters new era after Reston production facility opens

After recently opening a second production facility in Reston, the sky is the limit for local confectioner River-Sea Chocolates.

No longer confined to only the brand’s Chantilly retail store, River-Sea can now offer much more for its customers than previously, outreach director Dave Przybysz told FFXnow.

Honeygrow, fast-expanding salad and stir-fry chain, signs lease in Lincolnia

A fast-casual food chain has settled on Lincolnia for its next Fairfax County restaurant.

The salad and stir-fry chain honeygrow has signed a lease for the storefront at 6464A Lincolnia Road in Barcroft Plaza, filling the space vacated by Chico’s Natural Pet Market last summer.

There is a 30% chance of precipitation. Wednesday night, sleet is likely before 1am, followed by freezing rain and sleet between 1am and 4am, and rain or freezing rain after 4am. The low will be around 31 with a southeast wind of 6mph. Bonchon reopens in Annandale, less than two years after fire

Less than two years after a fire destroyed Bonchon’s lone presence in Annandale, the popular restaurant chain is back in the neighborhood.

Franchise owner Song Kyong opened Annandale’s newest outpost for Korean fried chicken last Friday (Jan. 31) at 7133B Columbia Pike — a stone’s throw from the previous location that was destroyed by the March 2023 blaze.

    Spot for soft-serve ice cream and ‘dirty sodas’ opens in Chantilly

    A new outpost for dessert fare in Chantilly will offer numerous deals next month to celebrate its soft opening.

    SoftSpot announced yesterday (Wednesday) that it’s now open in Chantilly’s Sully Place Shopping Center, boasting a menu with soft-serve ice cream, cookies and other treats.
